  • an advertising audit: we will investigate all the previous digital campaigns, its keywords, metrics and their performance (through Google Analytics). That is because we don’t like to reinvent the wheel. It’s best to see what worked, what didn’t and why. We will also look at your SEO strategy and your website.   • a business overview: we need to understand very well what is it that you sell, what is the value proposition, the current sales level, your target market and your brand positioning. We’ll also need information about your business strategy, your sales strategy and any other future plans that might be relevant for our work.
  • a competitive analysis: to better understand the market you are in, we’ll audit your competitors (as far as public data is available) in terms of digital advertising, pricing, promotions and the like.
  • finally, you tell us your pain points and your objectives: what it is that you want or expect to happen in terms of advertising.

After all this is crystal-clear, we’ll come back to you with a proposal encompassing digital strategy and suggested campaigns and budgets. Together we’ll work out a solution that is right for you.

If we start working together we’ll go through a series of campaigns set-up and continuous optimization. Along the way, you’ll constantly be informed of our optimization actions and the results that you get from working with us.
